At 4pm today , David Moyes will preside over his first Media Conference since becoming Manager of Manchester United F.C. Plc . It is highly likely that at least half of those questions will be enquiring as to the status , or not , of Wayne Rooney as a United Player . Neville follows Steve Round, Jimmy Lumsden and Chris Woods to Old Trafford. Former Everton chief scout Robbie Cooke is also moving to United as Moyes puts some familiar faces around him as he tries to put his own stamp on the club.

As I’m sure we’re all aware by now, following Sir Alex Ferguson’s decision to finally call it a day, Manchester United came a-calling for David Moyes and he’s now signed a six-year contract at Old Trafford, charged with the monumental yet somewhat highly unenviable task of succeeding the great man himself.
