Former Arsenal forward Carlos Vela is being linked with a possible return to Emirates Stadium after impressing at Spanish side Real Sociedad.
The 25-year-old Mexican joined Sociedad in 2012 for a fee of around £4million and has been in fine form since joining the Spanish outfit, knocking in 30 goals in that time.
Reports in the Spanish press say that Arsenal have been impressed with Vela and now may look to activate their buy-back clause they have on the forward.
Vela has admitted that he would do things differently this time, if he did move back to north London.
“If I have to return, I will do things in a different way.
What happened in the past will not be repeated.
We will try and reach an agreement in which we all win – Real, Arsenal and me. We must see what can be done.
We will decide what will be my future, it is all about finding the best way to be happy.”
